About The exposure was locked-in by metering off the shrubery below the web. When I learn how, I'll get rid of the bright area in the lower right corner. I find it distracting.

I like this shot -- tack sharp, and great DOF with the background gone! Also think the crop is very appropriate for the image.

In photoshop, its the rubber stamp tool, no sweat to clone over some nearby blur to get rid of the distracting area. Obviously it would be preferable to do this on the neg (or even better, slow speed transparency), but you do have to be parallel - great shot
