Many effects and manipulations in Corel Photo Paint 10. Basically, what I did was get the photograph the way I wanted it, then saved it. I then applied the watercolor filter to my liking. Choosing the "Clone From Saved" tool, I brought back the clear saved rose, little by little, until I achieved the look I wanted for this image.
Thank you very much for your comments, Stanisa and Yahya. I value your opinions. Yes, Yahya, I liked the original too. I guess I get bored sometimes, and I am my own worst critic. I wasn't sure if it was good enough, so I start messing around. The perfect example of less is more... : )
