Hi Alzahraa,
you have a great portfolio, if I may start with a general statement.
This one shines with the double direction macro, the perfect DOF and toning and a wonderful title. I made a shot called "Army of tea pots" which goes in the same direction ;-)

there is alot special things about these 2 Zahraa.
they r simple but indeed they are hard to do.
