Thanks so much Ray! I'm doing fine, a little tired (it's past 7pm here!) and a LOT behind on my commenting here at UF. I will catch up (I think!) Krystal and Mason are here for a few days, Krystal is resting after chemo last week and Mason is asking me all kind of homework questions (that I don't know the answer to!) But it's so good to have them here! (Do you know what hemisphere Costa Rica is in?) Darlene

Oh what a magical scene. Such soft lighting and so beautifully framed by those great tree silhouettes. So much interest in this imange without being cluttered in any way. Most of all I love those ever so moody colours. Just lovely. Superb shot.

This is a knockout landscape Darlene!
I like the choice of composition with the two sets of trees on either side and the little island near the middle. Then you have great detail going all the way through the whole shot from the foreground to the middle and background. There is something soothing to look at everywhere in the image.

Just like a scene from the movie "On Golden Pond". Do like the colors you have captured, and the composition. The light reflecting off of the water in the background gives a really nice effect. Imagine you can see a lot of stars out there when it gets completely dark. Had the frogs and other creatures started in their night songs when you shot this? You can almost hear them! Jan
