Hi Ann, yes I used the 18-55 lens, really not by choice, it is a pretty lame lens, and this is actually cropped since that lens does not allow a good close focus, but I did learn to rely more on the auto focus, it does better than the manual, which is contrary to my usual mode of thinking, thanks for the comment and keep on having fun, Cary

Beautiful shot Cary. Did you use your regular 18-55 lens for this shot? I ask because sometimes the camera settings aren't always included on the image page and I wanted to make sure that what I read wasn't a mistake. If so that's a great shot for that lens....which, by the way is really growing on me fast cause I use it for most of my shots these days. Wonderful lighting used here. Great shot. Cheers - Ann :)
