I like the bright reflections on the background that look like bubbles in water. A very satisfying composition. Good job.

A digi sandwich. How funny. Love the terminology. Sounds like you're stuffing a sandwich into a didgeridoo. :)

Anyway....this really works for me. I enjoy the different lines, curves and shapes. The colours are eye catching and the background is a nice compliment that works for both images nicely. Interesting light at play here making some subtle but nice reflections. Good abstract. I like it.
