We all share the same moon. Yet, sometimes, vision is different from your end of the world. Wonderfully captured. What came to mind was champagne though, perhaps frozen form :-)

A lovely gibbous moon. Nice lens you have there! An unusual attitude for the moon as compared to my lattitude. (Proof the earth is round after all). I am an amateur astronomer and I am beginning to learn astrophotography myself. I've attached a printout from a program called virtual moon atlas (it's free to download) so you can identify the features.
