About
Taken in the corner of the Van Antwerp Building (designed by George Rogers), which was the first reinforced concrete building constructed in Mobile and at 11 stories was its earliest skyscraper. It was built by Garet Van Antwerp, the druggist who built the structure in 1906 to house his pharmacy and drug store (in which the picture was taken).
Incredible the perspective of escape rendered to large from the sequence of the chairs, extraordinary the geometric design of the pavement!!Splendid the tonality, excellent the B&W!! This job would have been perfect without the cut of the chair on the dof!! One indeed beautiful image!! Congrats
