About: Ferdi Limani

Born in Prizren, 1982.
His first interest to photography began with the war in Kosovo. He started working and assisting photographers such as James Nachtwey, Luc Delahaye and Gary Knight decided to stay in photography, especially in photojournalism. After learning the technical side of darkroom and processing studied journalism in Prishtina and followed photojournalism workshop with VII Photo in Provence / France. Ferdi had to wait for more than six years for being in the real photojournalist life.
Now he is a staff photographer at Express daily in Prishtina and freelance for World Picture News, New York.
