About: I have a long-standing interest in photography from my earliest attempts with a Kodak Brownie, to the Rollei B35 my first 35mm camera, my trusty Nikkormat FT3 won me a few prizes in my younger days, a brief liaison with medium format and now the Pentax Optio S4 has joined the stable...

Originally from Campsall in the West Riding of Yorkshire I have lived and worked in the North of Scotland for over twenty years. My wife and I live in the small town of Forres, we both work in Nairn (a little way along the Moray coast) where I run a photo processing lab and my wife is employed as a florist.
