About: Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, I developed my first print in my dad's darkroom at age 4. However, I was discouraged from being a photographer throughout my youth. I bought my first camera (Olympus OM-2n) as a senior in college. Since then, I have worked as an editorial photographer amongst other miscellaneous jobs. Fortunately, my photography is only an artistic passion now and not a source of income. As a result, I am enjoying every moment of taking and developing photographs. I primarily shoot traditional black & white SLR film and develop everything in my darkroom here in Los Angeles. This site and forum should help me expand into digital color mediums.

I have no formal training and learned most of what I know from paying attention to my father and the expert tutelage of my eldest sister who graduated from Cornell with a BFA in Photography.
