Just got home and dropped by to see what was happening - HAD to comment on this one! Wonderful shot! I love the way the cat is looking back at you guiltily.
Though I like the concept of the "half" frame, I wonder what this would be like without the wall in the background behind the lid? You could still have the frame there (and maybe ALL of the lid!) Or without the frame and make the background the same colour as the UF background - that could look really cool!

Again? Your rain didn't last? Personally, I think Mother Earth is preparing an eviction notice for us.
This is a very well done piece, Cathy. I like it a lot. The presentation is just fabulous. I've been planning on doing a little more of this type of "out of the frame" post work but haven't had the time or found the right photo. This is one of those photos that it works well on.
