Beautifull shot, like the details in it. Though if you can try to bring the highlights in the picture a little down with psp or photoshop. It would even give more detail, I just tried it.
Best regards, Ramon

I am glad it was nothing serious! I can imagine that it is a not nice examination, but knowing it was worth something to have it done must stand above the bad feeling. Wishing you all the best.

I know how difficult it is to capture the eye like you did, you just need the right angle. What a shot... makes a 7 out of 7 for the technique!! Beautifull shot!

Our royals were sometimes hunting them around one of their palaces. It is common to eat those animals more often in restaurants around christmas, some from hunting in the wild but most from breeding in captivity.
You are having duck with Christmas, that is delicious too.Are you the one who is busy in the kitchen with Christmas or do you get some help?
See you in two days again. Ramon

Hello Bryan,
You asked me how I made the effect on his picture. I made two layers in photoshop, one I made BW the other I left in color. The one in color I have put on top and took away all the coloured parts except the young anmimals. Then merged the picture, flattened the two layers to one. From that layer I made a copy and made it bigger by one or two pixels, both sides.Put it on top layer and gave it a 30% visibility. Then merged the picture, flattened the two layers to one and finished. That two layers together maked it both blurry but soft in colour.
Have a nice Christmas! Ramon

Thank you for your kind words. Sometimes it is strange how people comment or not. With this picture I really thought people will look at it.Only ten views. Very nice of you that you did and both commented it.
Sad to hear that the flue got you, I hope you are feeling better now. Missing your daily posts... You got a lot of hits on your christmascard! It must help to inspire you to change your mind a bit on posting. I hope you get well soon and will enjoy your time.

Hallo Peter, je maakt me heel erg nieuwsgierig.
Ramon.
