Hi Ronen,
This portal seems to be a bit old; since I am used that EXIF should be common now days i didn't pay atention about the lense data.
It was actualy the 100-400 IS Canon lense!

Se mi zdi da je na teh tujih portalih prevelika masa slik.... in potem kvaliteta pocepne pod maso; ostanes neopazen, razen ce pises na tone komentarjev....

With night shots I rather prefere semi dark sky; The complete darknes in the sky somehow thakes away the depth and drama;
I have no complains about the composition!

Nice composition with a bit distracting darkness on the top of the image (for me); It could be interesting to se the machinery going to eternity.
If you had a ceiling there, darkening it was a good choice!

PS: What I was thinking is leaving the boat in the piscture and moving the shoes a bit to the left (to create a triangle boat-shoes-people)?
