Great shot! You did a nice job adjusting the contrast and making the men's postures stand out in the composition. Very nice shot.

great shot. the colors are nice but what i like are the disagreeing angles. the verticle of the tower, the sloping of the field, the vanishing of the stone wall in one direction and then the apparent movement of the clouds in another.

nice shot. great composition; it really has a cloudy, cold day somewhere out in the country a few hundred years ago sort of feel to it.
nice

I wrote a note to you in japanese, but it turned into ??????????. I like both the cropped and uncropped picture. The color and shape contrasts are beautiful.

Great picture. I find it a very difficult task to take pictures of people while I am traveling through an area. It becomes much easier when I am in a place for a while and get to feel like a part of the surroundings.
This pictures tells a lot. But have you tried cropping off some the bottom, maybe to her knees, some of the space to the left, and some space above her head? I think it may tighten the shot a bit.

????????????????????????????????Maybe the flower would look good lower and to the left. Maybe you could crop out some of the left and some of the bottom.

cool shot. have you tried cropping out some of the space to the left of the sign? It may make a better composition to have the sign mor towards the left of the photograph.

This is a nice shot, but a bit overexposed. I would also trim a bit of the bordering tree, it distracts me from looking at the hill.

Nice shot. You really got a great moment captured here. All the different poses, angles, faces, directions of movement, and a glimpse of a few japanese audience expressions.

nice composition, though it feels like it is a bit tilted, maybe just a few tenths of a degree counter clockwise.

interesting shot. i like how you included a lot of background. is that shutter speed correct? more than 5 minutes?

Yeah, I like the play of colors and lines the most in this shot. You have a great and diverse portfolio.

Great scene. I like it because it looks ordinary, by this i mean the majesty of the scene is not forced.
Notcing all your Fuji-san photographs I am wondering if you live near Fuji-san.

Yeah I like the black and white, cropped rendition better, even though you lose the matsuri stands and hanami atmosphere.

You got the dancers in a great pose. I would suggest cropping out the family doing hanami but then the sakura would be cut too.
Great shot!!

What a great shot. Beautiful. I might agree with Kim though. If that dark bottom right corner was cropped the colors would stand out more.

I like this photograph. I tried to read while walking in the city and it never worked. I think you capture the reason here. There is a lot going on, lots of angles and intersectiosn, and its a bit hard to focus on one aspect of the photo.Like trying to focus on a word or sentence while walking.

Great composition! But it appears to be framed a little bit crooked to me. The roof of the palace is tilted a bit compared to the frame.

Wow! great spectrum of colors in the sky. There is nothing like the pollution of the city to make sunsets dramatic, eh.

He looks like he'd be a great guy. I think if you zoomed in more on his upper body, maybe just his face and hands, the photo would maybe better capture him. maybe also he could have been more towards the right edge of the frame, not so centered.
