Uh oh, missed the nuts and bit your finger? lol
The hand is a little overexposed, but you could easily correct that if you have a photo editing program. Make a special selection around the hand and then you can play around with the brightness/contrast etc.
The squirrel is very sharp, though!

You were in Ottawa? I'm back here now too. It's getting colder though. :(
Anyway, I should be commenting on your picture. ;) Nice composition and I like that you used black and white instead of colour.

Yeah, I noticed that. It's not me this time. It's the way the land is... it's not level. I'm not sure why it's like that but I have never been able to get a level horizon when I take photos there. *shrug* I might be able to fix this one in post though.

yeah, we ALL got suburns even though we put on sunscreen. I put it on twice and still got burnt in random places on my arm and shoulders and on my lower back. My boyfriend didn't put sunscreen on his back at all and his whole back was red. =/

Around the time I posted my last photo I was finishing up my first year of college. I had that rush of final assignments and then I had to pack up all my stuff and take it back home. I did that at Easter and then traveled back to my dorm for a final 12 days in Ottawa. April 21st I flew home and had to leave for a wedding a couple hours later! I was running on about four hours of sleep too. =P I spent the next week catching up with friends I hadn't seen in weeks/months.
I started my summer job April 31st and have been there seven weeks. I was so nervous and the first couple weeks of waking up early were rough, but now I'm in a routine and it's great.
Of course I had to unpack all my stuff and clean my room which was a bit of an ongoing nightmare cause I was never home. =P
Then my mom flew up from the US for my birthday and I've had 3 weekends of birthday celebrations. =P haha yup.
The guy in the pic is a close friend, but I do have a certain other guy who seems to be taking up a lot of my time as well. ;) (actually, we only see each other an average of 2 times a week because of our busy schedules)
