Lol. I had one leg on the couch and one leg on a chair with a bunch of pillows on it to give it more height! hand held. she was a little scared I would fall down on top of her, but it all worked out in the end :) you'll be seeing more of her!

that's awesome! lol yeah, this was just back in December. our breakup is still recent.
As it happens I was there when the snowbirds were in penticton. I personally made it about 3/4 of the way there. Apparently it takes longer to drive to Penticton than Doreen thought it did, so we watched them from the ditch basically.
As a photographer, I would miss the old building we have around her for wedding work. From what I could see shooting my style of weddings would be difficult there.
I did see a few places that I really like and wish I could have photographed a model at. One place was on Glenmore... on the right side just passed the dump if I'm right. it was a stagnant pond with a bunch of white lime or something. may be gross, but looked cool.
the other being the train tracks at Dilworth. backlighting the subject against the rock wall against the mountain.. missed opportunities...

I've spend a lot of time in Kelowna. I had a girlfriend that lived on glenmore. she didn't like her photo taken however, so I really don't have any pics of the place other than candids on biggie or on knox mountain etc.

lol. seriously, I do that so often! with me not having a studio I get inspired by light.. I just keep looking. I'll put up a pic of a blue door next... it was the same deal. I stopped the car, did about 30 quick frames and left :)

for real? you'd have a softer strobe? would you even be able to see it then? maybe the hair highlight because it's blond could use less, but the babe I think has just the right amount..
