Hi Sally. Your shot looks filtered, but I like the results. I noticed you have my camera of choice, and the only other digital Nikon that is superior IMHO is the D2X. Try using NC4,or Raw shooter Essentials before using PS. And another thing you can take your raw into adobe and use the "auto Color Balance" which adjust your WB automatically. Hope this helps.

Regards,

Tom

Very good PS work as a sketch Pontius. I would like to see more of us doing creative work and less sunsets. Wonderful composition. Good job.

Hi Wez. I took the liberty to look at some of your work and this photo stood out. Very good framing of the buildings, and the light or WB "White Balance" (smile) is very good. A suggestion would be to crop your photo to balance the building on the right with the one on the left. Just clip the left side a bit. This only my opinion. Good job.

Tom

Hello Scott. I have been looking at the Tokina as well as the Nikon 12-24. I have a bunch of Nikon lenses, but I am not a purest at heart. If the performance is there then the price dosen't matter.I like this photo for the colors and composition. Looks like you might have had a CPL on the lens also. Good Job.

Tom

Hello Orazio. I wish "Usefilm" would give more categories to digital creativity. But they seem to be stuck in the in the past. I use a old Cannon film cam 1960's version "CannonFlex" only for nastalgia. I have switched to "Nikon" for lens compatibility and for the ease of a digital darkroom. Enough said.
Love your composition and creativity in this photo. Good job.

Tom

Hello Tabitha. I think your photo is just fine as is,contrary to "Sameh Odeh" opinion. His rendition added more noise to the forground (LOL) than your original.. If you haven't got the program "Neat Image" Get the freebie it is better IMHO than the new "Smart Sharpen" feature in my APSCS2. Anyway Good composition and light. Good job.

Tom

Hello Naomi. Yellowstone is a Enchanting place for a photographer. This photo looks almost like a duplicate of one I have in the archive without a rainbow. Good light and composition.

Hello Sam. I wish to thank you for your comment. While browsing your portfolio this particular one touched a nerve with me as well. The world would be a better place for all of us if we were not so dependent on fossil fuels'. Especially our oil driven government. Good job and good point.

Tom

Hello Bryan. I wish to thank you for your comment.Getting use to this digital thing is a pretty steep learning curve, and I have some way to go. I took the liberty to view some of your work and this photo is outstanding. The light effect and the biker silhouette. Good job.

Hello Sebastian. Most do not understand getting the WB correct in a photo is most important. Both the forground and background are very well balanced. The one thing that could be corrected is the horizon, but that is ones personal feeling. Good job.

Hello Pat. I wish to thank you for your comment. I took the liberty to view your portfolio and this image seem to stand out. Many years ago I played base guitar for several different bands and would put my base on a stand such as that. Oh and a chair beside. Good job on all of your photos.
