Hello Pat. I wish to thank you for your comment. I took the liberty to view your portfolio and this image seem to stand out. Many years ago I played base guitar for several different bands and would put my base on a stand such as that. Oh and a chair beside. Good job on all of your photos.

I too agree the bail could go and would have with APSCS2, but other than that your camera settings are right on, you would never have been able to capture that ray of light as well as the sky without a perfect WB. Good job.

Interesting subject patricia. Ther is a very interesting book written by "Dr Schonfield" called the "Passover Plot" it was banned by the Catholic church amongest others. I thought it was damn good, but that is my opinion. As the saying goes a picture speakes a thousand words, and they could add memories as well.Your picture triggered a memory..

That kit lens performs well. very nice camera setup also.People can say what they want but the D70 requires more knowledge than just point and shoot.

I was going to say that yes indeed the picture was quite a bit east of San francisco. I am familiar with the exact spot you took this photo. I have ne
similar but it is at sunset and I framed mine a bit to the right. I'll look in my archives and try to post it... Very good capture by the way. Good job.
