HELP!!!! I need to enter 4 photos into my 4H fair. Please look at my portfolio to help me decide. I cannot enter 'Uncle Dennis', 'Pretty in Purple', or 'Secluded' because I entered them last year.(The ones of me that my mom took can't be entered of course, too) Everyone's favorite photo is 'Contemplating...Life', but I am not sure if I should enter it because I cant put comments with the picture, and the comments on that picture helps explain the photo. So, please help me decide on your favorites! I really need your comments, Thanks. Amy

Hi Amy. I have a picture of the Arch something like this posted and I was amazed at how the sun gave it that shiny metalic look. Yours is the same way. I'm wondering what cozes this? It's just strange to me. The clouds are really awesome in this picture.

Very enjoyable image. It is at once a question and an obvious statement. First impulse is to ask what it is then one's knowledge of American culture kicks in with recognition. Excellent treatment of an often photographed subject.

Amy-
You're welcome :) It's great that your working so hard with this, I can tell you're very interested. Keep a little memo pad in your bag which you carry your camera in, and jot a few notes down. Later you can look at your picture and remember exactly what you did which made it good, or you can make an educated guess at what to do next time to fix it :)
Keep up your great work.
