January, 1st, 2010 On a cloudy and rainy new year’s first day we managed to have as our model Claudio Bazzari, a legend of blues, superb guitar player, composer and musician. He agreed to play with our camera over a “perfect English Style” cut grass and under some wonderful kept olive trees.

Strobist Info Claudio main lighting comes from a SB900 inside a square softbox overhead, camera center, top; Another SB900 is placed camera left, zoomed 200mm in order to concentrate light on the amp’s commanders; An SB800, dome diffuser on, was placed on the grass behind Claudio, oriented to the leaves of the trees on the backline in order to better define our model on the armchair and isolate it from the background. And finally an SB600 on a stand, zoomed 85mm, camera right was pointed towards to leaves of the main olive trees to better frame the foreground. Flash units were activated via SU800 commander and Pocket Wiazards
