About Andrew Lahanas suggested this conversion, so I thought I'd try it out, and liked it. So, Andrew, this one's for you. Thanks for the idea.

this is nice expression portrait.

I don??t think she is ready for bed.

comparing this pic with the coloured one, I think this one touches me more.

Nice job.

Wow Sarah! I'm glad you did it.I didn't think the B&W would make it look this good, but I think it is heaps better. The eyes really do become the whole photo. The crop really works too.The close view makes it look very intimate. The way childrens' portrtaits should be. Jenny looks adorable.I think this is the cutest photo of her in your folder. This is to be framed for sure. Way to go Sarah (and pop-up-flash. I'm putting my hotshoe away) :-D

The color version of this is nice, but this is outstanding. This version really makes her eyes stand out which is the really captivating aspect of this photo. Excellent work.

Sarah... Beautiful! This is a favorite of the Jenny photos. I love her pose and expression and shining eyes...you've done an excellent job on this.

Sarah,

This photo works, the light in her eyes tells it all...

Good work!

Sarah,
When Andrew suggested the idea I didn't think I would like that photo in black and white because I really thought Jenny's coloring is what added to it. However, after looking at the photo in black and white, I've decided its not so bad after all. Jenny's face, beauty and small smile is what makes the photo, not necessarily the coloring.
