I think your exposure is spot on, imo. I don't mind the softness in the foreground because it draws the eye to the top, which is where the workers are, and presumably the FOOD! haha
If you wanted even more ephasis I'd crop out some of the ceiling, but then I thought that would take away some of the feeling of space. It's difficult to get a shot with the floor and the ceiling. Basically I'm on the fence about the cropp. ;)

Hiya Roger, I'm back on UF, albeit in limited and heavily rationed quantities in the future as I lost sight of the other aspects of my life before.:) :)
A good result from hand held my friend and it is indeed a very atmospheric shot. I too am a great lover of Italian foods and our favourite restaurant is Italian and Italian owned. Well done to you Roger. See you again soon. My very best wishes to you.....Ray:)
