Stan,
I really like the way you caught the detail of both the art work and the wood grain. This photo would be right at home in a nice log house. Great job. Darryl

Dear Ali, my offer was to encourage your photography and not as a hand out. I have limited resources but was thinking I could find a good but modest Point and Shoot that would be easy to conceal. If I knew what would work for you I would be willing to look for something on Ebay that would fit your needs. I could also look for a mobile phone with a better camera. I am not familiar with those but could be guided by you or others to find what would work. If I can help I will do what I can. This is from one human to another. I can only change the world by how I treat my brothers..
Be well, Stan

Dear Stan .
All my thanks and appreciation for the wonderful interest that you have shown in my work. I am very proud to be a member of Usefile and humble for the way you encourage new an amateur photographer like my self.
As for your offer that you have made to me , which was in the form of sending me a camera . I would like you to know that not purchasing a good digital camera is not due to financial difficulties on my side . In fact the opposite is true, I can afford a decent digital camera here in Iraq. So if you offer is presented to me as a handout , then ,unfortunately , I must decline this offer. But if you made your offer as an encouragement to me because you see a good prospect in my photography, then I will gladly accept this generous and appreciated gesture .
I would like you to know that the main reason for not carrying a good camera, is mainly associated with the dangerous security situation here in Iraq. That is why I use a mobile phone with a good camera . It would do the trick and could be easily canceled, and would not give the impression that I have any thing do with the media.
Once again, please accept my gratitude and appreciation for your kind offer . Please extend my thanks to the family at Usefile
Sincerely yours,
Ali Dewchi

Dear Mojgan, so glad you liked this offering to you. I was trying some different light conditions and playing with my new toy when I shot this. The art work was superb. Thanks for all of your support and kind words as we journey through UF. Have a great weekend my friend.

Hi Marty, this was a really wonderful piece of work. The sculpture had feathers carved into both out stretched arms and the body and legs had some incredible detail. It was facing North and was hard to get the light right. Thanks for the comment and rethink our proposition.
Be well my friend, Stan
