It looks top-heavy, or something, with the dark area on top.
However, I think if you took and trimmed the trees, and just had the field with poppies, it would make a great abstract! You could also play around with adding color, and all that.
Are those dark areas in the field poppies? I'm not at all familiar with IR film, but I would have thought they would reflect more IR than the grasses.
