Some of those little flies have pulled their legs off to escape......
That really is the last resort. All over a sweet lookin sugary kinda stick. With all the eyes they have, you'd think they see it comin! I suppose the last resort was to buy the fly catcher? Great idea again........
Very nice photo.....if dead flies can be nice.....and here, they can.
Much better than flies who are alive!

My uncle used to have one of these hanging over his kitchen table....but it had many more flies stuck to it....it's the kind of thing you never forget.

Oh Sandy, surely there was some other option before this last resort! It's too cruel...I can't watch....! :) Like the colors, cheers, Rhonda

"But what, pray tell, is this sickly sweet stickyness?" Thought the fly. "I've never been quite so enticed as to this lovely aroma. This can't be all bad and the spider is no where to be found."
And thus was the downfall and very much the end. Struggle as they may and never go away.
... and he called for his pipe, and he called for his bowl, and he called for a pizza.
Lovely job Sandy! The lost insect graveyard!

swiping madly about my head blankets pulled tight , small breathe hole assaulted by that crazed bzz..... and light forces its way through the narrow slats of my blinds.
i just know the sun's getting a kick out of this one...she's laughs madly as she at lashes my window with her unforgiving waves of fire.
the beads of sweat streak my face like the condensation on the outside of a toilet, but not quite as soothing.
no choice now but to get it. the last resort.
