Hi Alan, this is a great camera angle in this photograph. I especially like the several 'layers' (or levels) of different color tones. When one views this photograph, you realize there are so many nice things going on here! In addition to the different 'layers' of color, I like the 'rim lighting' on the birds that are in front of the shaded area. Then you start really looking at the birds! It holds ones interest! Well done!

Elena, Yes we are close. I shot this picture the day I posted it Wednesday. It is from the beach in Half Moon Bay. I have not been there in awhile and was very surprised to see all the seagulls. Thought it would make for an interesting shot. Thanks Alan
