so well titled the luminosity thru the petals is delightful,there is no doubt about it the overcast natural light is perfect for flowers.

Pure luck Neil ... I promise ... just pure luck! It was a bit overcast, very very early on a Winter's morning and the background was dark green conifers. Natural light - and loads of pure luck :-)

Linn, you asked before about how i got the look for "The Stables" well how did you get the look for this...? Amazing how your flower photography has taken off. Great detail. One can almost feel the delicate texture of the rose. The lighting is subtle and very appropriate to the subject. The overall feeling here is one of delicacy. Excellent.

Its official now im a pink lover :-/
As I was looking at what to wear to work this morning and kept seeing pink!
All I got this summer from shopping was pink
