This is a 7+ ! Have seen other photos of this museum shot by a friend living in Manchester, but your photo beats them all ! That blue cast and the matal surfaces are a wonderful combination ! I must admit that this kind of toning makes the architectural design if the building much more vivid than a realistic concept could ever do .
