You know, I agree that the D&S photos are cliched, so when I saw the original I immediately liked it best, for its "originality" in portraying warmth in an (apparently, I would have to say) D&S situation.
One would assume that warmth and emotional understanding was necessary for such an intimate activity between two people!
for reasons that I haven't figured out, many D&S photos seem to have too much contrast and to lose any information in shadows. It is as though the photos are cliched in this manner. At this point, the image is too abstrated for me. The intensity of D&S seems lost - yes, she has pierced nipples, yes she is wearing a collar, one presumes she is owned - perhaps by the photographer. Since the image is limited to her breasts an d neck, I have little sense of the depths of submission or her involvement. I guess that I want more than the abstractions indicating her status. It takes some bravery to display such shots although it can be an intense part of a D&S relationship, especially if it is a part of extending a subslimits. I hope to see more such shots - thanks - Brad
