I used to have a Japanese Girlfriend from Myazacki (Sorry about Spelling), My biggest mistake in life was letting her go. One place I'd love to visit is Japan. If one wanted to try and trace someone, and all they had was their home town and name who would they need to speak to in Japan?

Yes, much the same as you, Ian. Japanese are generally pretty relaxed about photos although I get the occasional refusal. Most are bemused by a furriner who speaks good Japanese!

Nice character shot Roger. Do you normally ask permission, before taking a shot? If it's fairly close up, I do, but if it's a zoom from distance, chances are I won't. Thx for your comments on my Gig Shot by the way.
Ian.

Animals who become pets can be very well treated (spoiled) or mistreated in many cruel ways ? they just don't get to choose, do they? A good piece of PJ work to show what going on.

All true what you say but it is a great candid shot, good exposure details as usual. Pity for the dog.
