This OP the Otter...he is one of the stars of the Sea Lion show at Sea World in San Diego. This was from the Fools With Tools show. He would create fun "havoc" for the sea lions..at this part of she show, he would stand up nect to his trainer and wave goodbye, meanwhile we would play a voice over that said in a squeaky voice "That was great. Party-party-party!"
