your work here really popped out at me, besides the very attractive model there was a feeling of real emotion here which is missing in so many photographs, the textures in the background, the light & the tonality really put this over the top for me.

the gun is a replica - I've been on the wrong side of the barrel a few too many times (once is enough) to have the real thing around me anymore, in fact this stays locked away in a suitcase where it can't cause any trouble. I don't know that I'm anti-gun but I have seen them too often used for ill gains, and held in anger or fear. I stand behind my anti-violence stance strongly despite what my images may tell, but I've been exposed to a great deal of it... and so it becomes a part of my story...

I really really love this, the wallpaper that doesn't quite line up, the symbolism of wearing an anchor around ones neck, the book, tattoos, painted thumbnail... great stuff, amazing details, enough to piece together a different story for each viewer - it's like a great mystery with the last page removed.

personally I love the contrast and one could argue that the leading gives us a sense of endlessness. I love discovering buildings that are in disrepair... this is well seen and executed. sk

thanks francisco! I really like the font - my personal favorites are dead postman and toxica... but what appealed to me about this sticker was how the plain font was inconsistant with the message - no fan fare, no exclamations... it seemed so out of place in the original setting and I thought that more so here in the context of the photo. Appreciate your time and energies! Shelby

all the elements in this final piece are photographic, so the text was dictated by the original photo that I took when I found it as a sticker on a wall and placed here amidst the chaos instead. appreciate your comments.

very expressive photo, have you tried converting this to monotone so that the eye is drawn more to the texture than to the colors? to me the details and the mixture of textures make this stand out but the colors are overpowering it. Adorable none the less...

to me this picture personifies the vulnerability, hurt and insecurities of youth, truly a beautiful and emotional photograph, this is really amazing work, the soft tones and perfect DOF along with an amazing composition give this technical superiority as well.

all I can think of when I see this is the fight or flight mechanism kicking in - this is so emotional and well captured. Beautiful & disturbing work.

I've not been on here in a long time, and tonight I stumble in and find this here and I'm impressed. I love the contrasts - where sharp blends to softness and back again, it's a feast of textures for the eyes. The expression of your model works to convey something slightly haunted - I too find myself wondering about the lives of these strangers that left life behind long ago... a beautiful way to immortalize that thought.
