Great shot Willem!
Interesting concept! I like the contrast of light and darks and the contrast in figure sizes. The portrait of t-shirt makes it more attractive.

Hi Willem,
The backlighting (rim lighting?) on the man makes him look a small bit like a cardboard cut-out. That's not a very good description of what I see...but he's a little flat looking to me...2-dimensional. However, that same light separates him from the background well. Judging from your work, I'm certain your print of this image would blow me away.

Oh my... I love this dog!! It's my favorite breed... the Jack Russell Terrier.. I have two of them. I can see by the way Kim is embracing the dog, it is her favorite too... either that or she is afraid of him escaping since they are known escape artists! Anyway, it is a fine photograph!! Well done!
