Excellent! There is a complete story in this photo!
The exposure is right on, the b&w tones are softly perfect, the all mood of the image is consistent.
And the composition is absolutely perfect, with the couple walking away from the "lady" in the window.

Fantastic! Very dramatic and eye catching. Love the lighting.
Would only crop the tower on the left side, as it is a bit distracting, and a bit of the right side just to keep the centered composition.
