Ken, looking more closely at your gallery, I am even more convinced a close up on the reflection is a sound idea; Your image have a very original and creative approach, and I think the tire stands out a bit.
I love this photo! You have a magnificent eye for geometry, details, colour and composition. My compliments! Don't quite agree with Jaap's comment on the sharpness; but I'm curious what the thing in the upper left corner is....

Ken I think this is an interesting shot and a fascinating theme. Hard to believe I'm one the first few to click on your photo. I think the colour balance is excellent. I would have liked a closer view on the reflection though. That way, the image would become a bit more abstract, drawing more attention to the people in the street. Took the liberty of cropping your image to show you what I mean. Hope you don't mind.
