This is a spectacular shot of the mountain. Wonderful depth, clarity and colour. Nice touch with the rays too, clever girl.

Very beautiful photo you have here. I don't really know why ( but maybe because of the softness, lighting, colors, and everything else you have done here) this pulls out of me a very nostalgic warmness that makes me feel extremely at ease and peaceful... and I love when photos draw out different emotions in me. You did an excellent job with this... it's very artistic and beautiful, yet simple. Amazing work... just perfect! :)

nice surprise,MJ...no,those climbers died on Mt.Hood which is in Oregon...very sad indeed...i have hiked this Mt.,but only to camp Muir (a base camp)which is 4.5 vertical miles with elevation a bit over 10K ft....took us about 4 hrs. but was worth it for the views...i wouldn't make it now..LOL..

The rays coming down reminded me immediately of what it must have been like when three dudes rapped on a door (way back when) and said "So Dude . . . like, we . . . uhhhhh . . . so we saw a star dude . . .
