NBK as in Naval base Kitsap?.....i am not close to the area and am on the way to Mt.Rainier in a rural area...but if you ever shoot in old Puyallup,or near glass Museum of Tacoma,then you may see me now and again...

Well "G" the photo is great and an excellent composistion. However in you comment:
"is also for all of you who celebrate our USA tradition of thanks on Nov. 23"
It is celebrated on the third thursday of november. You tricked me at first. I was thinking "We always celebrate on my cousins birthday?" Hehe, good one.
I also noticed you shot around the area I am at. I am cuurently staying at NBK. Perhaps I will see you out and about.

G - Nikon, you've created such a lovely image in honour of your mother, the effect of your PS work is great - soft tones and colours very befitting for such a tribute.
I do not want to hijack another artist's page for further comment on your remark about archival shots - unfortunately I picked the wrong word from your first reaction to Ed Kreb's image - fact is, I have myself enquired about the rules for the competitions, and got a string of quite rude remarks from a forum - that is why I maintain - show me the list of rules and I'll be happy - the judges did not disqualify Ed's image, therefore, we should allow him the honour of BIP. Enjoy your photography - you seem to be good at it. Kind regards

Rashed, thanks for dropping by...thought you had left UF?....surely with your photographic knowledge you recognize a high contrast color shot when you see one,no?...it is intentionally changed to this high-key look...the original is without balloons which were only added for Kamran's Happy Birthday photo....
