Hi Louise, This is simply an amazing photo. Best portrait I've seen in a long time! It works very well in black and white.

Hi Robert, Thanks for taking the time to view and critique my photo. While I have always liked this photo, I think you are correct. As is, there is very little reflection in her eyes. I think I'll try re-creating the photo with a reflector. Thanks!

Very nice Robert. I like the natural looking pose, and good use of what appears to be window light.

Great shot. I like the B&W and the way it is cropped.

Hi Marie, Another good photo! I enjoy looking at these photos that you took in Africa. I obviously don't know this woman, but in the way you captured this moment, it appears that you are showing some of her personality. Good clarity in the eyes, combined with great DOF.

Beautiful shot. This is one that I would like to try and duplicate on my own. It's hard not to look at the eyes. Did you enhance them in any way?

This is an eye catching photo. I really like the choice of backgrounds, and including it in the composition of the photo.

I like this photo a lot!!!! This is one of those photos I feel I can learn a lot from. The colored sucker takes my eyes away from her eyes. I would have like to see this photo without the photoshop sucker. Very nice.

Nice photo. I like the lighting and the close crop to take away the background.

Marie, Wonderful photo! I love how you got down on their level to take the shot. I find that my eyes are drawn to the background at the top, and I wonder if cropping the top a little would keep the focus on the children. Great job.
