The only thing I can see is the models mouth looks a little "off". If I was going to critique (and that is really hard here) I would say that is the only thing I can see. This is more her fix, than yours though. Cheers!

I think the skin tone, contrast and pose are all excellent. The only thing I think that would improve this shot would be some light on her hair, as it fades into the darkness, Yumie. Nice job!

this is very sexy I love the white with the skin tone, I think it would help this shot if the model was wearing less eye make up. But I love the birds eye veiw, I must try this some time..
