beautiful man and tree combination in this atmospheric shot with very nice tonal range!! i agree to crop bottom part and maybe to add a bit on upper side to emphasize the mood, but yet beautiful to look at this comp.

hi Pan, you're right this picture doesn't make me feel melancholic but moved my imagination and you're wrong i'm not a pure optimistic. if those things are a part of your life, but if they are really, melancholy wouldn't be the only feeling, at least for me. As a person living in a historical city and an archaeologist (once) i know it's not possible not to feel melancholic when you are surrounded by the history and its remains but not always. dear Pan i have a lot of to say about this but i will cut short now and will tell you later good night

it has a surrealistic feeling for me, because i looked several times and i wasn't able to see this statue as a lifeless thing. like very much your comp. with this old couple guided by the statue but a living statue congrats Pan.
