This is a beautiful capture. The focus is great, and the colors are wonderful, I like the way that you cropped it. I think it leaves more intrest into the flower itself.

Janice, Thank you for commenting. I love my camera, i cant put it down. I am still learning what all it can do as well. Alot of my images are taken in auto as well, i attempt with the manual, but still make simple mistakes, but I am learning.

I really like this landscape, it has alot of interesting buildings and the focus and composition is excellent. The colors are fantastic, it deffinetely has a very classic feel to it. Having the boats in there gives it such a wonderful look of life.

I love the colors in this capture, beautiful landscape. The brown barn against the grass is excellent....Beautiful job.... it just looks so peaceful there....The composition is excellent and the focus is great.....Excellent 7/7

THank you so much for commenting. This is exactly what I am looking for. I never thought of using the polarizer for a shot, to be honest I didnt know exactly where i should use the filters. I agree about the sky being to bright and upon your suggestion of trying the shot ata later time of the day, I am going to return there and do just that. As for a different view, i found that to be a better choice of scenery for the shot, however I am going to take another look when I return there, maybe I overlooked a better shot. Thank you so much for giving me this help.

Well the shutter speed was 1/4000 , and i am not paositive on the aperture...sorry I am still not real familiar with that part of the camera yet
