Excellent capture....interesting how his beak and legs and feet are the same color, yellow and black. I cropped it a bit, I probably cropped it too much, hope that was okay. Let me know what you think? Pat

Hi Kes, thanks for you comment.....did you get the bird feeder filled up? Is this in Colorado? You have an awesome backyard too, if that is the case. You have a great portfolio too, I'm going to do some more looking. Pat

Ray, that is the nice thing about living around Cody, WY there are only about 8,000 people and you will notice that there were no other cars in sight....Now it is a whole different ball game come tourist season....that's why I am glad we live 17 miles out. I usually don't do anything quite that dangerous....but the sizes of the logs and varying color of white caught my eye.....I wonder what it is going to be like this summer on my horse with my camera....now that could be scary if the flash goes off and I go for a fast ride off into the sunset Pat

Darlene, what an interesting blend of background and bird, muted greys, I really like this! The cranes we have here are brown, so this is a treat seeing other colors. You are a jewel! Thanks again for sharing! Pat
