this is quite stunning Mary...excellent work...the little bit of orange at the bottom adds to this immensely...I'm glad it wasn't cropped.

Andrej....leaving your shutter open for around 1-3 seconds should be long enough to get the water to blur. You may can leave it open for a shorter time depending on how fast the water is moving. You do need a tripod to set the camera on for this or everything will be blurred.

I really enjoy the perspective and nice shallow depth of field. He looks like quite the hunter in this pose. Watch out for your trousers!

Really close Marion....this was on a trail through the park. I want to say this is Little River but I'll have to go back and look at the trail map. We ended up at Cades Cove at the end of our hike. Beautiful country out there.
