Composition is okay, but it's a bit dark and the color tone is off to the blue end.

Interesting, colourful image. I like the diagonal lines of flags. I'm distracted though by the temple and houses tilting to the left. The image needs to be rotated to the right. If the left-hand pillar is thrown out of perspective, you can re-align it with the Transform tool. The picture also needs some adjusting to lighten it.
Overall, a fine composition.
