Dear Jeremey:
I have no idea why this image appeals to me other than the fact that it truly does!
It is a little "macabre"... perhaps that's why I like it! LOL!
The fact that it is a polaroid also makes me feel something special about it. And also that it is not pin sharp... adds mystery and intrigue.
The dullish grey tones do it justice too, as does the general concept and composition!
Good work in my opinion.

I wish I knew how to reply to you gave so I knew you would get this. But what I did was used black velvet. I did touch some things up like where the light was reflecting off the black velvet in Photoshop.

hi!just wanna ask how did u do achieve plain black background, think it's not very easy to do it unless you do it in photoshop, i don't use photoshop that's why i want to learn from you how i can do it also...many thanks.
