Mon dieu! ça fait longtemps on dirait que je n'ai pas regardé vos photos qui sont toutes belles; je ne sais plus sur laquelle vous le dire. Je suis vieux et je me souviens des Studebaker qui étaient à part. (il faudrait que je revienne plus souvent)

I have seen a lot of Mark Longo's work and it is really nice. His portfolio on the cars of the Ralph Lauren collection are superb.
My Usefilm friend Fadel J has some excellent award winning images of old and new trucks.

Thanks Andre, we were talking the other day about old cars and B & W or sepia, and I thought this one was close to your style, anyway beside you and Mark Longo I don't know too many people posting cars. I have an entire series of old buses, too, haven't posted any yet!

It's in the style of Andre Denis and his vintage B & W cars. I will post some small town Ontario panoramic scenes, we had really nice and sunny weather on the weekend, it made a big difference. Still no snow :)

Beautiful focus on the gritty detail, Ina. The corrosion is almost like an organic growth. The chrome and the logo are a contrasting reminder of what once was.

Great job on the close-up. You have truely shown that rust is a colour too!
The character of this truck comes through in spades.
I think rust and dents on old vehicles have a beauty all their own!
Every dent is another story of a hard day's work!

what I like about this photo is the contrast between the silver and the rust, textures are great, very sharp image... its like a mouth of a whale... nice details!
