Hi John,
Spectacular tones, and a very strong composition; it creates a very tranquil and calm(ing) atmosphere, and the photo is by all means well captured.
The blown out bits in the sky are a bit excessive, slightly disrupting the atmosphere I perceive. But that's about it; the slow shutter, smoothening the water is very well handled, and the rock mid left completes the composition. Well captured!

I've gotta say, I don't think there's an image of yours that I don't like. But there's something not quite right about the sky in this one John. Blowout is very hard on the eyes. Not sure how you'd fix it unless you drop another sky in. Or is this look exactly your intent...?
