I've seen other photos of the eye, but never one with it spinning, I've always wondered how it would look. Nice composition.

Good one Meg, the 30 seconds was perfect IMO for the movement. It conveys movement without blurring it into an unidentifiable blur. Like the composition too, nice amount of foreground context setting (you like dark barges! :-D) Focus allround seems good.
My main problem is the lighting and overexposure which has blow out that building and merged it with the part of the Eye that overlaps it. There is some good lighting here, but that overexposed building pulls my eye away from the main subject, it is just a bit dominant. Though paradoxically I think on it's own that overexposed building has some merit, has a silver-gold finish to it in this state.
You have a good knack for reflections though, never seen the Thames look so good :)

Megan, a very nice image indeed. I think the angle straight from the side was a particularly good idea. I love the reflection on the water as well. Where my slight quibble with the photo would be concerning the lights which are the tiniest bit to strong. Still its an excellent image.
