Greetings Dear Albert!
Thank you so much. The original was photographed under a very harsh tungsten lamp and selectively hand printed. I wanted the "blow out" of the white spots. Thought it might add to the effect. I experiemented with many filters in PS until I felt "this will have to do"... and yes, I cropped the image very tight and added the border like a "box"... (too tight, but deliberate) also to add to the effect I had hoped for.
Ummm... Someone shining a light into a crate to reveal a discarded toppled statue???
I really appreciate your comments as always my friend.
Best Wishes to you and your's. Aniko :)

Hi Aniko,
Yes, it really worked and the result is indeed very convincing. I don't know how you did it but I like the effect(s) you used. The view does work as a sculpture, with nice use of "chisel". The white light spot are close to the border, but fit well in this expression. Like your choice of: texture, expression and the close crop a lot. Excellent experiment and great result. Perfect idea and good realisation. Compliments, my friend !
Wish you and yours a nice evening, Albert Jacobs :)

Thank you so much Dear Annemette.
No, it is not peaceful. The model was not really asleep in case... lol... I find the image a bit distrubing, but not in a bad way... just because it is. Difficult to explain. Perhaps the image speaks for itself.
I very much much appreciate your comments. Thank you!
Warmest Wishes, Aniko :)

Hi there Dear Shirley!
How pleased I am that the comments have been positive... I wasn't sure how to achieve the "toppled statue" look... experimented a lot! But it seems I have achieved something pretty close to it. :)
Thank you my friend for your comments, always appreciated.
Hugs~ Aniko :)

I'm pleased you see this as "sculpted" as it was exactly what I was attempting to achieve!
